Where are you located?
My Nailbox is an online shop. Our offices are located in Athens, Greece.
Are you shipping all over Greece?
Yes, we ship our products all over Greece and Cyprus.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is 3,80€ all over Greece. Shipping is free for orders over 50€.
Can I return a product?
We do not accept returns if the product is not damaged or defective.
What are the available payment methods?
You can pay for your order the following ways: 1) Cash-on-delivery (with an extra charge of 2,00€) 2) By transfer in our bank account 3) By paying straight through the checkout page

What is the quantity of the powders?
Our powders are 0,5gr and 1gr. The density and the composition differs on each code. The 0,5 powders have a double composition of chrome & mirror so they need a very small quantity in each use.
How do I apply the get tips?
Prepare the natural nail as usual. Then, apply a thin layer of a rubber base (preferrably clear) of your choice and cure. Then, apply the necessary amount of rubber base on the gel tip and put it on your natural nail. Lastly, apply a layer of clear rubber base, cure and apply top coat.
